I watch WWE and skip female matches just in case my mind turns to the gutter, when I attend church, bible study etc I turn it off or leave it in the coat room. I try to stay away from certain movie scenes as I know it will probably make me think lustful thoughts... Of course I mess up more times than I wish to admit but never the less....
