I used to be cheerful and open but now I'm cautious and closed off because they'll be nice to you one second then have an edge and attitude in their tone when they're speaking to you the next. They're you're friends and have your best interest at heart then suddenly they're critisising and making you feel worthless. But anyway, I loved your message and will do the best I can with God's help!

This message convicted me so much! It has me thinking about my workplace but the environment can be so toxic, they manipulate and misunderstand me so much to the point I'm constantly explaining myself and its so mentally tiring and damanding to my self confidence and esteem. This has happened so much to the point when I've separated myself from my colleagues and want nothing to do with them because the manipulation is too much.
